We often run special offers where there is no joining or sign up fee. However, when there is no such offer in place, the standard joining fee is $89. You’ll also need a club key to give you 24 hour access to all of our clubs, which come in at $39 each. We always recommend that you chat to your local club manager to see if there are any deals currently up for grabs!
In addition to the 24 hour access to all of our awesome gyms, you’ll also receive an initial consult with a trainer upon signing up, and will be eligible for all the special deals and discounts under ‘Member Benefits’ on your club’s page.
On top of this, you instantly become a part of our incredibly cool ifeelgood community, bargain! 😉
What’s (generally) not covered: personal training (and some group fitness sessions), some challenges, and specialty programs. Chat to your manager about all the optional extras that you can include to put your body to the test!
PSYCH! You’re not locked into a contract at all! All you’ve got to do is give us 4 weeks notice that you’re bailing and you’re off!
Please note that some club managers ask that this last 4 weeks is paid when you sign up, so in this case, you’re not paying after you give your 4 weeks notice anyway.
Many of our clubs offer group fitness classes. Be sure to check out the club pages to see what options are available near you — remember, if you’re a member of one of our clubs, you’re a member of all our clubs and can hence go to a variety of classes across them all!
Unlike some other gyms, at ifeelgood you can put your membership on hold if you go on holidays or need some time off. Typically, you can go on hold for up to 6 weeks per year of membership. You can sometimes go longer, but a small charge may apply. Talk to your club manager about the different options available to you!
Easy. All you need to do is talk to the manager at the club where you first joined, and fill out the cancellation form. We do ask that you give us four weeks’ notice; otherwise a small charge may apply.
TRIBE Team Training™ is a cost effective way for everyone to get the expertise, guidance, and regular training from a TRIBE Coach. The programmes developed by TRIBE Team Training™ are results-based and help create healthy exercise habits for life.
Anyone aged 16 or over can sign up and train at our gyms without supervision 24 hours a day. Our minimum age, however, is 15 years old — as long as you either come with a parent or only visit during staffed hours.
Some of our clubs have in-house nutritionists who work, while other clubs have a list of nutritionists who are referred to by ifeelgood (some even offer special prices for our members!) Chat to your manager about your options around finding the right nutritionist for you!
Of course, the best thing is to just ask one of our super helpful team members to assist you. However, if you like to visit the gym at times when no one else is around, our top-notch Matrix gear comes with handy, short online videos to help you figure out what to do.
