Fruit platter with passionfruit yoghurt
Ingredients
You can use any of your favourite summer fruits… here’s some of ours!
- 4 nectarines, cut into wedges
- 500g strawberries, washed
- 250g cherries, washed
- 250g fresh lychees, peeled
- ½ ripe pineapple, peeled, thinly sliced
- ½ small watermelon, peeled, thinly sliced
- 500g Evia Greek Strained Yoghurt
- 2 passionfruits, halved
Method
Step 1 Combine the yoghurt and passionfruit in a bowl and whisk until well combined. Cover and refrigerate to chill.
Step 2 Arrange nectarines, strawberries, cherries, lychees, pineapple and watermelon on a serving platter. Serve with the passionfruit yoghurt.
Antioxidant-rich fruit platter
Ingredients
- 3 peaches, halved and stoned
- 3 apricots, halved and stoned
- 1 cup dried figs
- 250g fresh cherries
- 1 punnet raspberries
- 1 punnet blueberries
- 1 punnet strawberries, halved
- Mixed seeds, e.g. sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds

Step 1 Arrange fruits on a large serving platter

Tropical fruit platter
Ingredients
- 6 mango cheeks (3 mangoes)
- 1 ripe pineapple, cut into chunks
- 3 oranges, cut into wedges
- 2 large grapefruits, cut into wedges
- ½ pawpaw, cut into chunks
- ½ cup shaved coconut
- 1 lemon, halved
