Back again with a new staff spotlight, we have Chris who only started working at Ifeelgood24/7 few months ago.
Why did you become a PT?
I had my own health illness issues and using exercise to help me overcome those I wanted to be able to share that with people suffering illness and injuries so my journey was not in vain.
What do you enjoy most about being a PT?
Seeing people grow in confidence and watching their functionality , health and fitness grow and watching them reach there functional goals.
Tell us about a specific client: their fitness journey, how it changed their life for the better ad how you got involved with that. Lindsay came to me with a heart condition cardiomyopathy weakening in the muscles around the heart. He was at risk of having a heart attack. In 12 months of training with me his heart become strong and he no longer needed medication and was completely out of the danger zone.
Your personal favourite workout routine
I like to deadlift and push myself to beat my own goals.
How do you keep healthy outside of work?
I’m a junior athletics coach, I also coach runners from fun runs through to marathons.
